Guidelines for abstract submission

Dead line for abstract submission: the 1st of April 2018 the 10th of April 2018

Please, before the submission of your abstract in the "submit page" following the form, be sure that all the instructions and guidelines presented here are respected. While submitting your abstract, for the Topic section, choose one "oral presentation" (on the 4 possible). This section does not matter (as the 4 sessions will be defined according to abstract topics), but an answer is requierred for conituing the submission process.

In order to proceed to an equivalent review of abstracts, please follow as well as possible those writing guidelines :

  • Abstracts must be written in English (understandable and of good quality)
  • They must contain 3 or 4 parts:
    • introduction of context and presentation of scientific question(s) and/or objective(s) of the study
    • method(s) used
    • recent or expected result(s) (depending on the progress of your study)
    • discussion and conclusion(s) in which statements based on current results must be justified and answer the objective(s) of the study developed in the introduction.

  • 5 keywords are expected
  • Do not exceed 300 WORDS
  • The overall abstract must be clear and logically presented

Find here the abstract format : example.doc

You can have a look to Selection criterions for the review of abstract tooabstract-ranking

Each abstract will be read at least by three reviewers, and this will give an average score for each submitted abstract, used for the selections for oral presentation. Key words will be use for gathering abstracts and define the 4 topics of the sessions, .
