“Introduction to R programming” (Beginner level)

During this workshop, you will learn the basics of R programming language, the worldwide leading (and free!) programming language used in statistics and data science. This workshop is meant to provide you a basic understanding of how R works, how to get started, basic descriptive data analysis and visualization work. The workshop will be followed by a conference on the use of statistics in conservation sciences. Please bring your own laptop and download both R and R Studio before the workshop at the following links:
